just checking in....mega props to terry for keeping this place alive and shining.

i am surviving pretty much, adjusting to my new life as a muso again, it's pretty freekin weird.

alot of changes, ya know?

i've started working slowwwwwwwwwwwly on the new album ( white light ) and am almost to the point of preproduction on it.

it is gonna be way way different i think than most of my other stuff.

one of the songs is something i'm not even sure i wrote, i think i was just a vehicle for a while. you'll see eventually most likely.

got my band technically back together, the Smokin' Herb...tho we haven't got around to booking anything yet..that will come.

meanwhile, back at the ranch, i got absorbed by the legendary easton brothers band, which is an accolade that almost makes one quake in their boots, as the average life expectancy of band members rarely lasts very long...i'm a month or so in.

so i MAY be safe.

i love barry mark and gary, they are THE FUCKING BOMB.

bought a new firebird off a new friend in frisco that should be in soon..can't wait, i looked all over for one...greg, thank you man!

i got sick of being called jerry garcia, and looking like the taliban, so the beard is gone.

i just got bored and decided it was time to play with my face i guess.

also doing the atkin's diet thing, now that i ain't sitting waiting for the other shoe to drop, and have lost over 30 lbs in the last month or so.

if this keeps up, hell, i'll be kephas's size soon.

and if ya been to busy reading this **** to check him out, hit him up the boy knows how to rock...i really dig some of his ****, think you will too.

jules won her long battle with cancer today at 1:22pm est when the
mightiest warrior goddess of all time's heart that had heroically
battled a deadly form of cancer for three and a half years finally
stopped beating. she was victorious and fought it to the end,when her
spirit was freed from her former vessel.

at 1:22 a red tail hawk, always considered our animal spirit,
circled outside her tenth floor icu window once, and flew her home.
